DUOBLADE NS6 is a professional 13″ digital roll label finisher using the same body of basic MS models to keep the compact design and scilence operation without using air compresser. It has 6 cutting heads with CCD camera, enables automatic job change by loading QR dependent jobs and adjusting head distance automatically. Strong and thick lead screws drive X and Y movement without backlash in fast way. Innovative new technology is applied to DUOBLADE NS6 and NX8 models, so called 3rd generation cutting heads. The new heads are driven by servo motor for vertical movement instead of solenoid, which means cutting depth can be adjustable electrically. Furthermore, it adjusts cutting depth periodically or in each job change by using loadcall to measure cutting depth for itself. The new head system enables min. 30% faster cutting speed than ever.
