We put all cutting edge technologies into the new DUOBLADE NX8 model, which will be a flag-ship product in Valloy’s portfolio.
DUOBLADE NX8 has 8 cutting heads per system (2-station model will be available from mid. Oct 2025). Embedded PC with new AI CUT version 4 software enables advanced control of cutting registration and depth automatically across all heads. PDF can be supported perfectly without error. 2 rewinders can collect mini rolls after slitting and built-in roll-to-sheet cutter can be added. The new NX8 model is much heavier and faster than the previous DUOBLADE WX model. Innovative new technology is applied to DUOBLADE NS6 and NX8 models, so called 3rd generation cutting heads. The new heads are driven by servo motor for vertical movement instead of solenoid, which means cutting depth can be adjustable electrically. Furthermore, it adjusts cutting depth periodically or in each job change by using loadcall to measure cutting depth for itself. The new head system enables min. 30% faster cutting speed than ever.
